Shipping policy

Delivery orders will be delivered on the date selected by the sender. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, under special circumstances (Memorials, etc.) please call us directly to request specific timing. Recipients will usually be called ahead of the delivery time to coordinate the delivery, however this is dependent on how busy the day is, and is not guaranteed. If the recipient is not home to receive the delivery, we will do our best to leave the order safely with a next door neighbour, or (pending weather) tucked safely by the recipients door. If neither of these options are available, we may have to return the order to the shop to be picked up, or redelivered (at an additional cost to the sender).
